Mortgage advice,
free for key workers.
If you work for the NHS, hold a Blue Light Card, or work in education, social care or the armed forces, we waive our broker fee — for any mortgage, any value, every time. No catch, no asterisk, no clever conditions. Just our way of saying thanks.
Who the fee waiver covers
The fee waiver applies to anyone in the following groups — whether you work full-time, part-time, on a fixed-term contract, or have recently retired.
Clinical, administrative or support roles, in any NHS trust or service across the UK.
Police, fire & rescue, ambulance, prison service, search & rescue, mountain rescue, RNLI.
Active service, reserves and recently-discharged personnel.
Primary, secondary, further education, SEN, teaching assistants and school support staff.
Qualified social workers in local-authority, charity or independent practice.
If you keep something essential running and you’re not sure whether you qualify, just ask. We’re flexible.

How to claim
Just mention you’re NHS or Blue Light when you book your free chat. No formal eligibility process — an NHS payslip, your Blue Light Card, or anything similar is fine. The fee waiver is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Independent advice, end to end
Whole-of-market advice from one named adviser, from first conversation to keys in hand. We compare 90+ lenders, recommend the deal that genuinely fits your situation, handle every form, every email, every chase-up. And six months before your fix ends, we’ll be in touch to review.
Everything you wanted to ask
How much will this save me?
Our standard broker fee is on the order of several hundred pounds for a typical mortgage. Whatever the figure, it’s zero for qualifying key workers — every time, on any mortgage.
Is the service different in any way?
No. Identical service, identical advice, identical timelines. The only difference is what you pay us at the end — which is nothing.
Do I need to prove my eligibility?
Just informally — an NHS payslip, a local-authority payslip, a Blue Light Card photo, a teaching contract, or anything similar is plenty. No paperwork, no checks.
I’m a teacher or social worker — do I qualify even without a Blue Light Card?
Yes. The offer covers all NHS staff, Blue Light Card holders, armed forces, teachers, social workers and other key workers. No Blue Light Card required.
Can I claim if I’ve only recently joined the NHS?
Yes — first day, last day, anything in between. There’s no minimum service requirement.
Can my partner who isn’t NHS also benefit?
If you’re jointly applying for a mortgage, yes — the fee waiver applies to the whole case, not just the key worker applicant.
