Same-day on weekdays. Next-working-day if you message in the evening or at the weekend. If it’s urgent, call — I pick up whenever I can.
Do I need to come to you in person?
Not unless you want to. Most clients across the UK work with me entirely by phone, video and email. If you’re local to Suffolk and prefer to meet, we can arrange that.
I’m NHS / a teacher / social worker / armed forces — how do I claim free advice?
Just mention it on the form or in your email. No paperwork, no checks. The fee waiver is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Is there any commitment from an initial chat?
None at all. A first conversation is just that — a conversation. You’re under no obligation to proceed, and there’s no charge regardless.
Is my information safe?
Yes. The website is GDPR-compliant, form data is encrypted in transit, and I never share client details with anyone outside the regulated mortgage process.
